TapTechNews July 5th news, the Telecommunication Administration Bureau of Anhui Province announced the launch of the Signal Upgrade and Dual Gigabit Enhancement special campaign (hereinafter referred to as the special campaign by TapTechNews).

The special campaign proposed that by the end of 2024, more than 4500 key places in the whole province should realize deep coverage of mobile networks, and all rail transit of 2500 kilometers of railways and 10,000 kilometers of highways should realize continuous coverage of mobile networks, achieving a gigabit city in the whole territory. The main business indicators such as stuttering and delay would be accelerated to improve, and the proportion of mobile network compliance rates should not be less than 90%.

By the end of 2025, more than 6500 key places in Anhui should realize deep coverage of mobile networks, and all rail transit of 3000 kilometers of railways and 15,000 kilometers of highways should realize continuous coverage of mobile networks, and the main business indicators such as stuttering and delay would be fully optimized, and the proportion of mobile network compliance rates should not be less than 95%.
