TapTechNews July 4th news, the source @Evleaks today posted a blog sharing the complete specifications and promotional materials of Samsung Galaxy ZFold6 and Galaxy ZFlip6 two phones, but one point worth noting is that both phones support IP48 level water and dust resistance.

This is the first time Samsung's folding screen phones have passed the dustproof standard. Samsung Galaxy ZFold5 and Galaxy ZFlip5 phones have the IPX8 water resistance grade defined in IEC 60529, and there is no dust resistance grade.

TapTechNews queries the relevant standards, and level 4 dust resistance can prevent solid foreign matters larger than 1.0mm in diameter from invading, and the official description is: Prevent tools, wires and similar small foreign matters with a diameter or thickness greater than 1.0mm from invading and contacting the parts inside the electrical appliance.
