Chery Automobile's New Model Jietu Shanhai T1 to Be Launched with Hybrid Technology

This car will adopt the Chery Kunpeng Hybrid C-DM Technology and is expected to be officially launched in the fourth quarter of this year.

The styling style of this car is similar to that of Jietu Shanhai T2 (TapTechNews note: the plug-in hybrid version of Jietu Traveler), and it also has the temperament of a square box model. Its length, width and height are 1852/772/726 inches respectively, and the wheelbase reaches 110.6 inches. It has towing qualifications, which means it has the wheelbase of a midsize car under the body size of a compact car.

The new car provides a variety of front and rear bumpers as options, and at the same time, a panoramic sunroof is optional. In addition, the C-pillar part of this car also provides a variety of designs, including the same color as the body or black style, and there is also a badge with Lifetime Warranty.

This car is equipped with a 1.5T engine produced by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., with a maximum power of 115 kW. It is matched with a lithium iron phosphate battery provided by Zhongchuang Xinghang. The data of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the fuel consumption value of the engine is 1.08 liters per 62.14 miles (the fuel consumption data in the power loss state has not been announced for the time being).

Jietu Shanhai T1 was premiered at the Jietu Shanhai T2 launch event in April this year. It is learned that this car will also provide a version with an electric four-wheel drive system, and the comprehensive power of the system can reach 450 kW.
