China's Xuancheng-Jixi High-Speed Railway to Open Tomorrow

TapTechNews October 10th news, the China State Railway Group announced that the newly-built Xuancheng-Jixi High-Speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Xuancheng-Jixi High-Speed Railway by TapTechNews) will open and operate tomorrow (the 11th), and it can reach from Xuancheng to Jixi North Station in the fastest 39 minutes.

According to the official introduction, the Xuancheng-Jixi High-Speed Railway is an important part of the rapid railway corridor in Jiangsu, Anhui and Jiangxi, and an important backbone line in the intercity rail transit network in the Yangtze River Delta.

TapTechNews found out by querying public information that the Xuancheng-Jixi High-Speed Railway starts from Xuancheng Station in Anhui, passes through Xuanzhou District, Ningguo City and Jixi County in Xuancheng City, and finally ends at Jixi North Station. The newly-built main line is 111.6 kilometers long, with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. There are 3 stations in total, namely Xuancheng, Ningguo South and Jixi North, among which Ningguo South Station is a newly-built station.
