Meike Announces AF55mm F1.8 Full-Frame Lens with Advance Shipment

TapTechNews on October 11, Meike officially announced an AF55mm F1.8 full-frame lens, priced at $215 (approx. 1499 yuan), and will be delivered in advance on October 14. Interested users can place an order through TikTok.

This lens belongs to Meike's Pro series lens product line, weighs about 0.8 pounds (approx. 365 grams), has a minimum focusing distance of 0.55 meters, and has a 58mm filter. It is initially available for Sony E and Nikon Z mounts, and a Leica L mount version will be launched later. TapTechNews noted that in addition to this lens, there are also 85mm F1.8 (Pro), 15mm F1.8, 24mm F1.8, and 35mm F1.8 in this series.

Currently, Meike has released 4 L mount auto lenses, including 35mm F2, 50mm F1.8, 85mm F1.8 (non-Pro), and 85mm F1.4.
