Tesla to Push 2024.32 Vehicle System Update with New Features

TapTechNews August 25th news, according to foreign media NotaTeslaApp report, Tesla is currently planning to push the 2024.32 vehicle system update to its cars. The relevant update will be pushed to the first wave of testers in the near future, and it is expected to meet all car owners soon after.

Construction Road Marking

The map navigation will display the construction roads along the way. Users need to subscribe to the advanced in-vehicle entertainment service package and ensure that the connected map is turned on. Then they can see the relevant map improvements in the navigation map.

TapTechNews note: Tesla cars in China use Baidu Map, and it is not yet known whether the Chinese version will synchronously update this feature.

Map Search Predictive Text

When users now search for a place name in the map, the search bar will provide a series of suggested search terms for users to quickly choose.

Search Nearby

When users now search for a place name in the map, they can click Search Nearby to refine the search results, which is applicable to scenarios such as nearest restroom, nearest bus stop, etc.

Tire Service Notification

When users update their Tesla cars to version 2024.32 and update the Tesla App on their phones to version 4.35, if the car needs tire service, the application will push a notification to remind users to arrange an appointment.
