Subaru BRZ STI Sport to Announce Price on July 13th in China

TapTechNews July 11th news, Subaru China officially stated that the Subaru BRZ STI Sport will officially announce the price on July 13th, and this new car has passed the domestic 3C certification last month and meets the China 6b emission standard.

Previously, the Subaru BRZ sold in China was the second-generation model, but it was discontinued in June 2023. TapTechNews found out through inquiries that the official guide price of the 2023 model before was $45,000 - $48,000 (approximate conversion, 318800-340800 Chinese yuan).

For reference, the 2023 Subaru BRZ has a length, width and height of 141.34/69.88/51.57 inches respectively, and is equipped with a 2.4-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 235 horsepower and a peak torque of 184.39 pound-feet, matching a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
