TapTechNews July 6th news, the Tesla China official website shows that the delivery dates of its Model 3/Y models have been shortened. Among them, the current delivery date for all Model 3 models is 1-4 weeks, while the delivery date for all Model Y models is 1-3 weeks. By comparison, consumers who paid the deposit in the previous two months need to wait 1-6 weeks to pick up the car.
Tesla China last reached such a short delivery date in December 2022. Currently, the specific reason for this shortened delivery time is not known yet, and the foreign media CNEVPost believes that this is because Tesla is attracting consumers to buy through interest-free activities and significantly shorter delivery dates.
Referencing TapTechNews' previous reports, Tesla's July car purchase rights mainly include the interest-free plan for Model 3/Y. For the two models, the rear-wheel drive standard range / long-range four-wheel drive version, orders placed before July 31 can enjoy a limited-time 5-year 0-interest installment car purchase plan.
