The Zhiyu AS500 BGA solid-state drive supports the PCIe 4.0 protocol, adopts a 291 Ball BGA package with a size of 0.63 inches x 0.79 inches, uses 3D TLC flash memory, and has optional capacities of 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB.

This hard drive has no built-in DRAM cache and adopts the HMB (Host Memory Buffer) scheme. The performance parameters are as follows:

128GB: The maximum continuous read speed is 1800 MB/s, the maximum continuous write speed is 200 MB/s, and 75 TBW.

256GB: The maximum continuous read speed is 3500 MB/s, the maximum continuous write speed is 400 MB/s, and 150 TBW.

512GB: The maximum continuous read speed is 5000 MB/s, the maximum continuous write speed is 800 MB/s, and 300 TBW.

1TB: The maximum continuous read speed is 5000 MB/s, the maximum continuous write speed is 1600 MB/s, and 600 TBW.
