Enter the Yunmi mini-program, click Yunmi Service → Select Return and Exchange Application → Fill in the information and submit → After the approval, the exchange process will be automatically initiated
Since the user purchased the machine, as long as it is within the product's whole-machine warranty period and a non-human performance failure occurs under normal use, the user can independently apply/consult the online customer service to apply for the replacement instead of repair service
With valid purchase vouchers (order screenshot or purchase invoice, product failure video or photo, machine SN code photo), enjoy the free new machine replacement service (definition: replacement instead of repair is the same as only replacement, no repair)
The replacement can only be the same model machine, and this service is only applicable to some products participating
The product's whole-machine warranty period is subject to the after-sales service policy disclosed on the Yunmi official website (excluding the warranty period of key components, wearing parts, and consumable materials)
