Lian Li Launches EDGE Series ATX3.1 Power Supply with USB2.0 Hub and More
TapTechNews July 5th news, Lian Li officially launched the EDGE series ATX3.1 power supply today.
The modular port of this series of power supplies is horizontally placed on the outside of the main body of the power supply, and a USB2.0 hub is equipped in the position originally reserved for the modular port.
Unlike what was previewed in Lian Li's 2024 new product online launch event, the首发 models of the Edge series power supply are all platinum conversion efficiency this time, including 850/1000/1300W three power levels, and two colors, black and white, are available.
The Lian Li EDGE series power supply has passed the CybeneticATX3.1 certification, and the conversion efficiency has also obtained the platinum conversion efficiency certifications of three institutions, 80PLUS, Cybenetic, and PPLP.
This series of power supplies has a body length of 135mm, and the overall length including the horizontal modular port panel is 182mm.
Lian Li said that the L-shaped design is suitable for installing in dual-bay structure cases, simplifies cable management, and improves the convenience of cable routing.
The Lian Li EDGE power supply is equipped with a set of one-in-four-out USB2.0 hubs, among which there are three sets of USB pins that support the expansion of two USB ports. As long as the power supply is turned on, the 7 downstream USB interfaces of the matching PC can still operate normally even when the PC is shut down.
This USB hub can expand a sufficient number of USB interfaces for the use of devices such as water cooling, light effect controllers, and neon wires that require USB2.0.
The Lian Li EDGE power supply adopts LLC topology and is equipped with a main capacitor from German EPCOS, and a 7-blade 120mm FDB bearing PWM fan.
Lian Li also uses alloy copper solder terminals on the 12V-2×6 modular cable of this power supply, which can maintain a relatively low resistance even after multiple plugging and unplugging, and in addition, this terminal is also equipped with a two-color shell to facilitate users to identify whether it is firmly inserted.
The Lian Li EDGE has a 10-year warranty, and currently the首发 models of this power supply have been put on overseas e-commerce platforms, and the pricing of each version is as follows:
