TapTechNews learned that Apple believes that this Bug that clearly took a picture but was not stored in the album is caused by "database corruption", and in iOS 18/macOS 15, the system will automatically scan the recoverable photos and videos, and users can find an "already recovered photos" album in the "Photos" application, in which there is a probability of storing "contents that failed to be correctly saved to the photo library for various reasons", and users can copy these photos back to the album.

Open the Photos application and then click Albums.

Scroll down to Utilities and then select "Already Recovered Photos".

Select the photos or videos in the album.

Click Permanently Delete or Restore to Library.
