TapTechNews July 4th news, the game leaker eXtas1s posted on the eXputer forum on the 3rd local time, stating that Crazy Crash Bandicoot Trilogy will land on Microsoft Xbox Game Pass in August this year, and this news has been confirmed by the foreign media WindowsCentral.
And according to the leaker, the remastered version of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 and Spyro: Reignited Trilogy from Activision Blizzard will also come soon, but it is not yet known whether they will land on XGP in the same month as Crazy Crash Bandicoot Trilogy.
TapTechNews note: Crazy Crash Bandicoot Trilogy was originally developed by Naughty Dog studio and first landed on Sony PS4 in 2017. The remastered version of this work is handled by the VicariousVisions studio, and this studio later became part of Blizzard.
It is known that Crazy Crash Bandicoot Trilogy will become the second Activision Blizzard game to join XGP since Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard in October 2023. The first one is Diablo 4 (joined in March), and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 which will be released on October 25 this year will also join XGP on the day of release.
The list of new games added to Microsoft XGP subscription in early July has been announced early this month, including a total of eight games such as NeonWhite and Journey to the Savage Planet.
