Xiaomi Group Awards 41M Bonus Shares to 1510 Participants

TapTechNews August 22nd news, Xiaomi Group released an announcement: The board of directors announced that on August 22nd, the company awarded a total of 41,019,038 bonus shares to 1510 selected participants, including group employees and service providers according to the 2023 share plan.

Xiaomi Group closed at HK$19.1 per share today, with an increase of 9.018%, and its market capitalization is HK$475.999 billion (TapTechNews note: currently about 435.709 billion RMB).

Based on this calculation, the value of these 41,019,038 shares is HK$783,463,625.8, about HK$783.5 million (currently about 717 million RMB).

According to Xiaomi's announcement, Xiaomi Group employees can get 40,864,125 shares, worth about 714 million RMB; suppliers can get 154,913 shares, worth about 2.708 million RMB.
