Samsung Launches New 501-Liter BESPOKE Refrigerator with Dry-Wet Separation and Custom Temperature Settings at ¥15,999

TapTechNews reported on May 11th that Samsung Electronics announced the launch of its new BESPOKE refrigerator model, an AI energy-saving French door refrigerator with automatic door-opening feature, available in a unique Qingjin Grey color option priced at ¥15,999 (approximately $2,300).

This refrigerator boasts a 501-liter capacity (325L for refrigeration, 88L for freezing, and 88L for variable temperature) with a slender 600mm body. It features an ultra-thin embedded design, equipped with three independent preservation systems and three evaporators, ensuring isolated cooling for refrigeration, freezing, and variable temperature zones to precisely control temperature and prevent flavor mixing.

The refrigerator also includes a smart inverter compressor with a 20-year warranty, allowing users to easily monitor energy consumption through the SmartThings app. It supports an AI energy-saving mode, achieving an energy-saving rate of up to 14.3% and certified with the top-tier energy efficiency level, with a total energy consumption of 0.99kWh/24 hours.

Moreover, it features advanced ultra-clean ion sterilization technology, achieving a 99.9% sterilization rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The refrigerator supports a wide range of adjustable temperatures from -23℃ to +3℃, with six modes to choose from, and allows users to set storage modes and temperatures based on food items, including specially developed grain/tea modes catering to dietary habits in China.

TapTechNews also noted that the refrigerator door features a concealed design which can be automatically opened by a gentle touch on the sensor, offering an effortless user experience.
